To initiate the repair process for your device, please reach out to us and provide details about the issue you are experiencing. In the case of visible damage, it would be helpful if you could send us photos of the damage to our email address at info@pcbrepairs.co.uk
Rest assured that we prioritize timely customer service, and we commit to providing you with a quote within a 2-hour timeframe. Our team will promptly assess the photos and respond to your inquiry with the necessary pricing information.
Step 2
To ensure maximum protection during shipping, please securely pack your device in a double-sided cardboard box. Wrap your device with bubble wrap to provide an extra layer of cushioning. Once properly packed, send the package to us using a tracked and recorded postage service for reliable tracking and delivery confirmation.
Once we receive your device, our team will promptly proceed with diagnostics and repair. Please note that the duration of these processes may take up to 48 hours, depending on our current workload. Rest assured that we will prioritize efficiency while delivering the quality service you expect.
Step 3
Upon completing the repair, we will securely ship your device back to you using insured and tracked postage. This ensures that your device is protected during transit. Please note that our parcel insurance covers items up to £1000 in value. You can have peace of mind knowing that your device will be returned to you safely and with proper insurance coverage.

We understand that some customers may have sentimental attachments to their Apple boxes, and we respect that sentiment. If your box holds sentimental value for any reason, we kindly request that you do not send it to us.
Please be aware that upon receipt, all boxes we receive will be immediately broken down, cut up, and disposed of. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. If you choose to send us your device in its original box, such as the box in which Apple sells the MacBook, we regret to inform you that the box will not be returned to you.
